If price is agreed foresees little difficulty in title. Has ordered his agent Mr. John Mayer, Grays Inn, to wait of Heathcote or whoever Heathcote appoints re. title. Tenants will show premises to anyone sent by Heathcote. When that is done Curtis will be glad of an answer as estate has been offered to noone else.
