All cottages etc of 1. 4 messuages etc, with the Fram lands (500acres) in Upwell Isle of Ely, in occupation Ambrose and H. Bull; Faulkner widow and Meane. Cottage and Close in Gamlingay Cambridge; occupied Edward Marriott ? lease for 21 years from Peterhouse, Cambridge, to Hagar; the date has been left blank, but in the margin the date 3 December 1762 has been written (see below-Number 44) Messuage in waresley with lands. With the purchase money, a £7000 share in the Joint capital stock of Old South Sea annuities shall be purchased to secure the £200 annuity to 2. £15000 is to be invested for the uses of the marriage settlement, and the residue of the purchase money to be paid to 1.
