Catherine Hagar of Bath, widow and Sir Francis Clerke, of St. George's Hanover Square, bart. 4. Thomas Lloyd of Lincoln's Inn, gent. 5. Robert Pardoe of Lincoln's Inn, gent. Recites the negotiations for the recovery, 20 March 1756 and that 2 recoveries (for Huntingdonshire and Cambridgeshire, lands respectively) were suffered; but that a doubt abot the title arisen, because Hewett had in those deeds been called John Hagar and not John Hewett Hagar
