Covenants: that there be dwelling within the parsonage house from time to time during the term one must and convenient householder for the keeping of hospitality in the Parsonage. tithes to be laid in the burns etc. of the parsonage. repair by tenant, including church chapel. tenant not to lop or top any trees except as the lessor appoints, nor to make any strip or waste of any woods without leave. an asignee must renew lease with lessors within 3 months, and pay £3 for it. tenant to make a terrier within one year, then every seven years. Good impression of wafer seal pendant.
