Description1. J. Mavel of George Street Hanover Square, Esq., Henry Cramer of Quenden Hall, Esex, Esq. Thomas March of More Critchill, Dorset, Esq. 2. William Needham if Seymour Place, Mayfair, Esq. 3. Thomas Lloyd of Bedford Row, Middlesex, Esq., and Honourable Richard Howard of Baker Street, Portman Square, Esq., Recites descent of legal title to the four long terms created by the mortgages and assignments to Buckby 18 October 1732 abive, on the release from the mortgage at that date. Buckby died having appointed Matthew Skinner, serjeant at law, his executor: he in turn died, having appointed his wife, Elizabeth and son Matthew executors. At the sale in 1765, Matthew Skinner assigned the terms to Edward Vernon of Norfolk Street, St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, Esq., in trust for J. March merchant, of London, his executor. MArch died 1768, having appointed J.March merchant, of London, his executor. March died October 1774, having appointed 1, his executors. Endorsed Assignment by Richard Howard (now earl of Effingham) etc. to Thomas Lloyd. (27 March 1794) Assignment by Lloyd to Honourable Francis Needham-The terms merged with the inheritance.
