Mauchell Land formerly belonging to the now dissolved monastery of Sawtry, Huntingdonshire: Sweet Lease, Sharman's Meadow, Everton pasture alias Langley pasture, Peartree pasture, Harpe pasture, Oxley pasture, St. Neots pasture, Sheep pasture, Pond pasture, Oran pasture, and 7acres adjoining in Woodberry. ii) Lease for 300 years, after determination of 99 years lease. 1. H. Ld Abergavveny etc. 2. Jasper Loke, gent. Same property, same date. In consideration of these leases, 1 now grants 2:- Manor and farm called Cannons alias Canings in Tetworth and Everton with all lands and common for 200 sheep. Witnesses: Joseph Smith, Joseph Dunckley, Richard Parnell.
