All of which are now leased for a term of years to Thomas Gilbert the younger of Abbotsley, yeoman. Witnesses: Nicholas Pedley, J. Hooper, Robert Dearle (?) Endorsed: The within named Thomas Gilbert the younger did attone tenant to the within named Thomas Gilbert partie to these presents 8 May 1654 and save sixpense to T.C. in acknowledgement...
