Property as in 295 above. By the lease for a year the property is in the possession of 2 who is to be tenant to the precipe. By the recovery 3 is to be seised of :- 1, 4, 16-22 to the use of Essex Pedley for life, then to J. Pedley in fee. Residue to use of J. Pedley in fee. Witnesses: Humphrey Monoux, Lewis Monoux, Willaim Were of Culliford in Culmstosk, Devon, clerk James Calcutt of Daventry Northampton.
