Description1. J. Pedley of Tetworth, Esq. 2. Nicholas Pedley, gent. 3. Essex Pedley, widow. Recites: Marriage Settlment. 295 above by which £2000 was to be raised for younger children. This is the only younger child to have survived and reached 21 years on 22 May 1732. By the will 297 above 2 received £2000 and 3 received the trust estate for securing jointure. Now 2 and 3 release their rights to the estate in return for a mortgages of £3000 to 2 to secure his legacy and portion.
