Sarah Thomas of Lamb Street Spital Field, London, widow, now lodging at Mr. Nevill's of Lamb Street, tallow chandler-annuity of £4-4-0 payable out of Abbotsley property. Daughter Mary, wife of Thomas Hunt and all Abbotsley property and personal estate -executrix. Good friend Francis Rix, in trust to pay daughter Ann, for her own use, not with standing coverture £100 to be paid by Mary. F. Rix in trust to sell-All property in St. Ives, late estate of brother J. Cordell. 1) to pay off mortgages. 2) to divide £100 among children of daughter Ann. Wickham. 3) to invest £300 for daughter Ann Wickham after her death the £300 is to be divided among her children. Reported friend Robert Cordell of St. Ives £5 for mourning.
