If Mary Elizabeth dies under age the property is to be sold, and legacy of £200 to be paid to wife Martha or if she is dead to her son Charles Pidgeon; the residue to be divided among nephews and nieces. wife Martha legacy of £300 and interest on £1000 to be held by trustees. |sister Ann Ayres £700. Niece Susan Ayres who lives with me £300. Niece Ann, wife of Joseph Bennett, £100. Children of my sister Ann Aspinall £50 each.
