All other property in Tempsford and Gamlingay in trust for maintenance of daughter Mary Elizabeth Woods. If Mary Elizabeth dies under age the property is to be sold, and legacy of £200 to be paid to wife Martha or if she is dead to her son Charles Pidgeon; the residue to be divided among nephews and nieces. wife Martha legacy of £300 and interest on £1000 to be held by trustees. |sister Ann Ayres £700. Niece Susan Ayres who lives with me £300. Niece Ann, wife of Joseph Bennett, £100. Children of my sister Ann Aspinall £50 each. The farming business is to be given up as soon as possible after decease, and all framing stock, implements etc. sold. Executors Addington and Bennett.
