Ditches not to be filled in or fences moved. or more than 2 white straw crops (wheat, oats, barley, rye) in succession. 6 course system to be used in last six years of lease. 1/6 fallowed and manured (turnips or coleseed may be grown to feed sheep) 1/6 to have good clover or trefoil lay fit for a wheat season with liberty, in case the clover seeds shall misplant to sow beans or peas instead. 1/6 barley or oats sown by incoming tenant but harrowed by 3. 2/6 wheat. Land to be left as follows at end of term:- Summer fallow 4 times ploughed, barrows rolled and manured, clover ley, fit to breast up for wheat crop, peas and beans twice horse and hand hoed, barley or oats, wheat stubble.
