DescriptionNotice of petition warrants for George Game Day of St. Ives, Chas and Wm. Day of St. Neots. Copy of brief and case and bill of costs by Farrar and Co. Relative to the defence of the seats of Ed. Fellowes and George Thornhill. It appears that 2 electors complained of an undue election and return for the County of Huntingdon, and the House of Commons required John Bonfoy Rooper, James Duberly and George Game Day to be at the Bar of the House on 6th March 1838. The warrants were later countermanded as the petitioners relinquished proceedings. 39 items
