Description1. John Gorham senior of St Neots, grocer, and Ann, his wife. 2. Thomas Jinkinson of Elme in the Isle of Ely, yeoman, and John Allison of March in the Isle of Ely, yeoman. 3. John Gorman junior of St Neots, grocer, and Mary Jinkinson, spinster, one of the daughters of the above Thomas. In consideration of the marriage to take place shortly between 3, the copyhold messuage and fen lot in March settled upon 3 by Thomas as part of his daughter's portion, and the rest of Mary's portion. 1 to 2 to hold to the use of Gorham senior until the marriage shall take effect, then to the use of Gorham junior for life, then to the use of Mary, his wife, for her life, then to the use of the heirs of 3, and finally, in default of such heirs, to the use of Gorham junior, his heirs and assigns for ever. The messuage or cottage in Market Street, St Neots (see 2575/T10).
