Description	1. John Kent of Potton, Bedfordshire, innholder, and Mary his wife, formerly Mary Cozens, spinster. 2. John Cozens Kent of the City of London, linen draper, eldest son and heir of 1. 3. Henry Tingey of Great Hardwick, Bedfordshire, gentleman. 1 and 2 covenant to levy a fine unto 3 of the lands, etc in 2575/T4 in order that all estates tail and all reversions and remainders in the lands may be extinguished and that the lands may be resettled.
