Description1. Robert Richardson of Marston Moretain, Bedfordshire, gentleman. 2. Francis Richardson of Husband Crawley, Bedfordshire, clerk. £260. All 1’s messuage, cottage or tenement with the closes or pightles of pasture ground belonging to it and now or lately held or occupied with it, being in the parish of Haile Weston, and all those several parcels of arable land, ley and meadow ground lying dispersedly in the common fields, parish and bounds of Haileweston (25 acres), all of which premises are now in the tenure or occupation of John Banks. Enclosed: Letter, 19 March (no year), Mrs A. Richardson to her ‘dear Cousen’, Mr Sellis. Following the receipt of Mr Rayment’s letter, has searched and found this writing which she now sends. Notes the names of the children of Mr Robert Richardson - Robert, Mary, Francis, who was her husband, and Thomas - but remarks that they have all been dead some years.
