Endorsed, 16 March 1795: Assignment of above mortgage in trust to attend the inheritance. 1. Boss. 2. Fryer. 3. William Cooch of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, gentleman. Reciting that 2 still owes 1 the principal sum of £80 and in consideration of this sum 2 has agreed to convey the freehold of the above lands to 1. Now 1 with the consent of 2 assigns to 3 as trustee for 1 the above lands for the residue of the term of 1,000 years.
