All that messuage or tenement and closes of pasture and spinney adjoining (9a) with the yards, orchards, etc, belonging, being in Hail Weston; the parcels of arable land, meadow and leys lying dispersedly in the open and common fields of Hail Weston (34a 1r); the toft or site of a cottage or tenement with appurtenances and the close of pasture of one acre thereto adjoining and belonging, in Hail Weston; close of pasture in Hail Weston called Cancrofts Close and sometimes Honey Mead (8a); close of pasture with appurtenances called Sturts, lying in Little Paxton (10a) - all of which premises are now in the tenure or occupation of 3, and are the hereditaments conveyed to 1 and 2 by the leases and releases 2622/T22 and T23.
