Description1. Elizabeth Barcocke of Hayleweston, widow, and Richard Barcocke of Hayleweston, yeoman, son of Elizabeth. 2. Thomas Syblye of Hayleweston, husbandman. All that 3 roods of pasture with appurtenances in Hayleweston, lying between land of the above Richard Barcocke on the west and land of 2 on the east, and abutting south on the dwelling house of 2 and north on a certain furlong called Beaneland Furlonge, and now in the tenure or occupation of 2 or his assigns. (In exchange for 2 selions of pasture - 3 roods - in Hayleweston, lying next to the above 3 roods and between land of Richard Barcocke on the east and a certain close of pasture belonging to the Master and Scholars of the College of St Peter in Cambridge on the west, and abutting south on the common street of Hayleweston and north on the furlong called Beaneland, and now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Barcocke or his assigns). 2 seal tags, with the seals of Elizabeth and Richard Barcocke. 24 April 2 and 37 Jac I [1604] Endorsed: sealed and delivered in the presence of Robert Luffe, Jeremye Sybley and Edward Porter (in Latin).
