DescriptionBundle of four deeds relating to tithe rents in Hilton.
(1) Deed of covenant for the production on demand of deeds and writings relating to Hilton tithe commutation; (1) Thomas Coote esq to (2) Charles Berkeley Margetts, gent of Huntingdon, 31 October 1873. The deeds to be produced are listed in a schedule.
(2) Conveyance of the tithe rent charges in Hiton; (1) Charles Walford esquire of Melton, Suffolk, and Edward Bence of Kentwell Hall, Long Melford, Suffolk, to (2) Charles Berkeley Margetts, gent of Huntingdon, 31 October 1873.
(3) Mortgage of the Hilton tithe rent charges; (1) Charles Berkeley Margetts gent of Huntingon to (2) Charles Margetts gent of Huntingdon and Rev. Henry Margetts of Huntingdon, 8 November 1873.
(4) Conveyance of one undivided moeity of the Hilton tithe rent charges; (1) Francis Margetts esq of London to (2) Rev. William Buttle of Downing College in Cambridge, 1 November 1921.
