DescriptionNote by C.F. Tebbutt on dorse: Original map at Priory House in possession of Mr. Geo. Rowley and copied in 1961. Pinned to map is a note by G.F. Rowley dated Sept 5 1924. Map given to him by A.B. Brackenbury of Wade Gerry and Brackenbury who found it among papers of the late Geo Day, solicitor who lived on this site noe occupied by Mr Alfred Jordan and called Wisteria House. Pulled down about 1958 and site now Simpsons Garage. Pipers Lane now known as Pipers Path running parallel to North of Avenue Road.
