Consideration: £3000 upon the freehold and copyhold messuages in St Ives and Hemingford Grey belonging to 1. Recites agreement dated 7 July 1821 to secure £3000 within three months after the decease of Thomas Warner, son of 1 and father of Charles Warner, 2, and after the proposed marriage of Charles Warner and Edith Watson. This marriage took place 24 July 1821 at Somersham. Messuages, workshops [including a pipe manufactory in Back Street, St Ives, called The Folly], and lands in St Ives and Hemingford Grey.
