(1) to Katherine, wife of (2) Messuage in the Little Whyte in Ramsey [as in 5623/12] which said messuage is now occupied by (1), son and heir of Roger Wekes of Ramsey deceased. To hold to the use of Katherine Creede, wife of (2) and of the chief lord of the fee etc. Warranty clause Consideration £20 Sealed in the presence of John Drage, John Skipp, Thomas Buck, William Addams, John Baxter and William Maney Endorsed: Possession and full seisin and peaceful delivery were granted to Katherine Creede by Thomas Wekes in the presence of John Drage, John Skipp, Thomas Buck, William Addams, John Baxter and William Maney on the date within written. Thomas Buck was then admitted tenant upon the payment of 2d. to Katherine Creede in the presence of the aforesaid. Dated the 28 August 43 Elizabeth [1600] Parchment.
