"One Lott part or Division of Fenny Marsh or Meadow Ground" (3a.3r.) lying in Stocking Fen, adjoining the ground of Goodman Bull on the south and of John Alecock on the north. For the term of 15 years commencing from the 25 March last past.
Upon condition that (2) shall not dig up, plough or convert all or any part of the said lot in tillage under the penalty of £5 per acre to be paid on the above rent day.
And (2) agrees with (1) that they or their successors shall pay all such charges as may arise or "grow due for Drayning the said lott be it by mill or other wise"
