All that Stocking Fen Lott (3a. 2r) late Mark Woolley's lying within the parish of Ramsey and by him given for the use of the poor of Ramsey, late in the occupation of William Baker, gent.
For the term of 21 years from the Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary last past
Rent: £4 to be paid on the Feast of St Michael the Archangel and the Feast of the Annunciation in equal portions, the first payment to begin on the Feast of St Michael the Archangel next ensuing. Upon condition that if the rent shall be unpad for the space of 20 days after either Feast day then (1) or their successors shall lawfully re-enter and repossess the said premises.
Upon condition also that (2) shall not plough, dig, burn or sow or any way convert into tillage any part of the said premises under the penalty of £5 to be paid to (2) within 6 days after the default shall be made.

Memorandum that it is agreed between the said parties that the rent of £4 is to be paid upon the Friday before Easter in every year commonly called Good Friday
