In consideration of the sum of £30 paid by (2) to (1), and in consideration of the further sum of £80 agreed to be paid by (2) to Francis Overall senior of Ramsey, gent., in discharge of the principle money now due to Francis Overall by virtue of a mortgage by (1) on the premises herein granted, and for the obtaining of an Assignement thereof in Trust to Attend the inheritance thereof (the whole purchase money agreed to be given for the said premises being £110 and it being agreed that £80 thereof should be left in the hands of (2) in order to pay off the said principle due on the said mortgage and to obtain an Assignement in Trust to Attend the Inheritance of the said premises, (1) having agreed to discharge all interest due thereon).
Therefore (1) releases to (2):

One lot of marsh or fen ground (3a.3r.) lying in a fen in Ramsey commonly called the Bill between a lot of David Burges and a lot of John Lansdale commonly called "Cabbin Close" and now in the occupation of (2)

Endorsments: Sealed and delivered and stamped and that the said John Morris (X) has received the sum of £30 from the said James Serjeant in the presence ofWm. Chandler, Edwd. Banes, Franc. Overall junior
