Arable land (4a.2p. by the Ramsey Tithe Commutation Survey) situated in The Bill in Ramsey, between the land of Mr Thomas Smith Mawdesley and the land of Mr Hicks Ridlington, and oneend therof abutting on or towards the Foot drove, and the other end thereof abutting on or towards a good gravel road, now in the occupation of Mr James Dighton, a respectable yearly tenant at the rent of £15 per annum, payable half-yearly (clear of deductions).
The estate is pleasantly situate near to the Ramsey Railway Station, and the land is freehold and tithe-free, subject to an annual modus of one penny per acre, and is well adapted for building ground or gardening purposes
