That (1) has bargained and sold to (2) a messuage in the Little Whyte in Ramsey by deed dated the same day as this bond.
That (2) shall peacefully occupy the said messuage, which is now discharged of all former "bargaynes, uses, titles, jointers, dowers etc The rents and services from henceforth to be paid to the chief lord of the fee, and the dower of Johanne Hartte now the wief of John Hartte (onlye excepted)"
