That (1) has bargained and sold to (2) his free messuage in the Little Whyte in Ramsey, now and lately in the tenure and occupation of (2), by a deed poll dated the same day as this obligation, and by a release dated 21 June 21 Elizabeth [1579]. [See 5623/10].
That (2) shall peacefully occupy the said messuage, without any manner of jointure, titles of dower etc to be claimed by Barbara Cervington, now wife of (1), or any other in her right or behalf
Sealed and delivered on the day above written in the presence of William Snaresdale, Thomas Aynsworthe senior, Henry Hyde, John Olde and William Mastall and others
