DescriptionThat Mercy Edwards of "St Ives", 9 East Park, Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, spinster and George Simon Hall of "Eastleigh", London Road, Chatteris, sales representative for Messrs. J English and Co. Ltd., trustees of the will and codicils of Alfred Edwards, assent to the vesting in themselves of all the property mentioned in the second schedule to be held in trust to sell the same as outlined in the will of Alfred Edwards. The property in the second schedule is 9 Crown Street late in the occupation of the Hunts Post but now unoccupied, bounded on the north by property of Thomas Harris Edwards, on the south by Crown Street, on the east by property now or late of Edward Anderson and C.W. King and on the west by Vine Court.
The first schedule recites the relevant sections of the will and codicils of Alfred Edwards from 15 February 1901 until the 20 February 1940. Alfred Edwards died on the 15 July 1921
