TitleMemorandums regarding land recovered by Mr Sweeting against the late John Coles
DescriptionMemorandum of land recovered against the Late John Cole of Pidley with Fenton and acquired by Henry Sweeting. Includes one hundred acres of arable land, one hundred acres of meadow land, one hundred acres of On the back, written in a different hand "I this day delivered Mr Sweeting possession of a piece of ground called ashmore of eleven acres, a piece of fenland beyond Rowey adjoining other fenland belonging to him of eleven acres or thereabouts and a close called Little Stocking, otherwise Heards, and of the closes called Hewit's closes" This was witnesses and agreeded upon by Mr Coles estate receiver Mr Rombold and Coles servant Abraham Wotton. Also mentions a road running through ground belong to Mr Thompson.
