Lady Anne Smith, his wife. 5. Rt. Hon. John, 5th Earl of Sandwich. 6. Charles Boone of Berkley Square, co. Middlesex, Esq. 7. DescriptionRecites numerous deeds, including: 1. Lease and Release of 11 parts of 19th-20th September, 1785 (Hinch 2/47) 2. Lease and Release of 18th-19th January, 1796 (endorsed on recital 1) 3. Lease and Release of 25th-26th October, 1799 (endorsed on recital 1) 4. Mary Hartley as Executrix of the will of George Hartley in the Prerogative Court of York had no right to assign the term of 1,000 years and so, after her decease, Letters of Administration with the will annexed were granted to John Thomlinson so that the term is either vested in him or John Truman Villebois. Now for £10,000 by 6, at the request of 4 and 5 to 1 1 assigns to 6 the principal sum of £10,000 2 assigns to 7 in trust residue of the term of 500 years. 3 assigns to 8 in trust residue of the term of 1,000 years. John Truman Villebois assigns to 8, in trust the sum of £2,000 1 releases to 6. Land as in the Lease and Release of 11 parts of 19th-20th September, 1785.
