DescriptionRecites:) Indenture of same date. 1 As 2. above 2 as 3. above. 3. Walpole Clench Powell of Hilton, co. Huntingdon, Esq., Richard Edwards of Ashford, co. Middlesex, Esq., Rear Admiral of the Red, Lancelot Brown of Elseworth, co. Cambridge, Esq., Robert Mackreth of Ewhurst, co. Southampton, Esq., and Stephen Arundell, alderman of the borough of Huntingdon. Reciting a) Articles of Agreement of 25th April, 1772, whereby John, Lord Viscount Hinchingbrook agreed, if he survived his mother, Dorothy Countess of Sandwich, to settle by common recoveries her undivided moiety in certain towns etc. in cos. Armagh, Limerick and Tipperary to the use of trustees for a term of 500 years upon trust to raise the sum of £2,500 and interest (now amounting to £4,500) due from him to his father, the Earl of Sandwich. B) & c) insurance policies taken out in 1784 by Robert Burton and Owsley Rowley on behalf of 1. If Lord Visc. Hinchingbrook dies before his mother, sums of £2,000, £1,500 and £1,000 paid to R.B. and O.R. as trustees for 1. D) 1. indebted to R.B., O.R. and 3, in £4,500 which secured by bonds of 2nd August, 1784. Then 1., at request of 3., assigned to 2. the sum of £2,500 and interest agreed to be charged on the mioety of lands in cos. Armagh, Limerick and Tipperary by the Articles of Agreement of 25th April 1772. 2. to act as trustees and pay £1,000 to Walpole Clench Powell and such sums as secured by the bonds to R.B., O.R. and 3. If Lord Viscount Hinchingbrooke dies before his mother, R.B. and O.R., to use the money from the insurance policies for the same purpose. Recites 2) 2 Entitled in right of his wife to a life interest in the moiety of lands in cos. Armagh, Limerick and Tipperary. 2 Agreed with 3., for better securing the payment of the interest on the £4,500 as the same becomes due upon the bonds, and for securing payment of insurance premiums, to have these paid from the rents and profits of the Irish lands. 2. Agreed to enter into a covenant with 3. for that purpose. 3) 1. is person employed by 2 to receive the Irish rents. Now 2 directs 1 to pay to 3. all or part of the rents from the undivided moiety of lands in cos. Armagh Limerick and Tipperary in trust for the purposes agreed. 1 At the request of 2., covenants with 3 to pay 3 the necessary amounts from the rents and to pay any overplus to 2.
