DescriptionHe now has the Writ of Election for the county and will deliver it to Mr. Leeds on Monday morning. Has read the Inrollment of the Conveyance from the Trustees and Co heirs of the late Sir Baldwin Conyers of Great Staughton to Mr. Toby Chauncy of Gaynes Hall in the parish of Great Staughton of the Tithes only of Dr. Clifford Handasyd's estate within the Manor of Gaynes. It is dated 1st June, 1767 and was inrolled on 11th November, 1767. Being a Bargain and Sale it could not take effect until the day of inrollment. Attached: 1) Note that a certificate as to the date of Inrollment should be obtained. 2) Office Copy of the Bargain & Sale.
