In the event of the Militia being embodied, hopes that the Earl will allow him to bring to his notice a young man who wants to obtain a Lieutenancy. Enclosed: Return of the Establishment of the Huntingdon Militia, with the names and rank of the officers at present serving, and the date of their commissions. |
