James Larkham Willson, farmer, church warden, of Kimbolton. Henry Carter, draper, churchwarden of Kimbolton. Parcel of land in the Grass Yard, Kimbolton (170 sq. yds.) bounded on all sides by the property of (1) as follows: on the north by a garden now occupied by Mr. King, on the east by property now occupied by R. Ibbs, on the south by the footway or road leading from the Town Street to the playground attached to Kimbolton Infant School and on the west by the said playground. On which piece of ground an almshouse and accommodation for four poor persons has recently been erected in lieu of the Almshouses which formerly stood in the churchyard adjoining the Old Grammar School buildings and which had become unfit for habitation. To the use of (2) to the intent and purpose that the same may for ever be occupied and used as the parish Almshouses as the old building (erected 1701). Consideration £20.
