Description1. The Most Noble William Drogo, Duke of Manchester. 2. The Vicar and Churchwardens of Kimbolton. Piece of freehold ground (1r 2p) in Kimbolton bounded on the north by a close of pasture occupied by the Revd. William Ager, and belonging to (1), on the west by a public footpath leading from the Grass Yard to Pound Lane, on the south and east by garden ground belonging to (1) and occupied by William Hazelby, Charles Horsford, Mrs Peck and Henry Carter. To the use of (2) upon trust to permit the premises and buildings thereon to be erected to be used for a School for the education of Children and Adults or Children only of the Labour-Manufacturing and other poorer classes in the parish of Kimbolton. No consideration. Enrolled in the High Court of Chancery. 10 Apr 1872
