DescriptionThe Duke seems well and happy and hopes the Duchess will return with renovated health. He "never vexes the servants". Disappointed with the Duke's portrait - likeness of Lord Frederick is much better. Trials have been well conducted. Hopes that Ireland will be raised up to a foremost place among the nations.
