| Title | Letter from P. Tillard, Stukeley Hall, to the Duke of Manchester |
| Description | Following the Cattle Plague Assurance Association meeting, he thinks they ought not wait until Friday for the next discussion and suggests another meeting on Tuesday. The Inspector for the Norman Cross committee was present at another meeting and ordered cattle to be killed. All those at the meeting were tenants of Heathcote. By adopting the same prompt course as at Norman Cross they may be able to stamp the disease out. |
