Hipcoat Close, Overhills Crosse Close, Long Close, Stonely Pasture, Mossey Close, Martin Hilliarde Ground, Bricknell Parke and Warbridge meadows, all in the parishes of Kimbolton, Ankenberry [Alconbury?] and Ellington, all to be conveyed to (ii) following the death of Dame Mary Wingfield.
