Indenture. Between: i) Sir Edward Wingfield of Kimbolton; ii) Marmaduke Darell of Fulmer [Bucks] and Richard Cox; iii) John Harrington of Exton [Rutland], Edward Montagu, James Harrington and Henry Montagu. Property in Newton, Overstow and Wornditch [listed in detail]. (1597).

Indenture. Between: i) Sir James Wingfield, son and heir of Edward Wingfield of Kimbolton, deceased; Charles Montague of Hemington [Northants], Sydney Montague of the Middle Temple [London], Francis Bracken of Cambridge, and Edward Maria Wingfield of Stoneley Priory in Kimbolton; ii) Robert Wingfield, second son of the saif Edward Wingfield of Kimbolton, and Dame Mary his wife. Manor of Kimbolton, several cottages, meadow ground, pasture etc etc in Kimbolton, Catworth, Ellington, Stow and Staughton. (1606).

Lease. Between: i) Dame Mary Wingfield late wife of Sir Edward Wingfield of Kimbolton, deceased, and Sir James Wingfield, their son; ii) Henry Reeve of Pertenhall [Beds], yeoman. One close of pasture, late woodground, containing 46a in Kimbolton. (1606).

Lease. Between: i) Dame Mary Wingfield of Kimbolton, widow of Sir Edward Wingfield, and Sir James Wingfield their son; Sir Charles Montagu of Hemington [Northants]; Sydney Montague his brother, of the Middle Temple; Francis Brackin of Cambridge; ii) William Hill of Tuddington [Middlesex]. Pasture ground in Kimbolton called New Park with several other closes of land nearby. (1607).

Bond. Sir James Wingfield of Kimbolton and Dame Elizabeth his wife, to Sir Henry Montagu. The castle and manor of Kimbolton, one moiety of the parsonage and advowson, other properties in Stow, Staughton, Stonely, Ellington, Leighton, Catworth etc. [Damaged]. (1615/1616).
