Deed of covenant to levy a fine. Between: i) Maurice Tuke of Layer Marney; ii) Mary Tuke, widow of the late Brian Tuke (father of Maurice); George Solme [?]. (3 May 1630).

Demise for 60 years. Between: i) Mary Tuke, widow of the late Brian Tuke; ii) Maurice Tuke of Layer Marney. Capital messuage called Haynes Green with the appurtenances and 40a of land (3 May 1630).

Bargain and sale. Between: i) Maurice Tuke of Layer Marney; ii) George Digby of ...[Kent] and Euseby Wright of Lincolns Inn. Capital messuage called Haynes Green etc (16 Nov 1630).

Assignment of term. Between: i) Sir Robert Filmer of East Sutton [Kent]; ii) Maurice Tuke of Layer Marney; iii) John Wakering of Kelvedon [Essex]. Capital messuage called Haynes and another messuage or tenement called Raynes, both in Layer Marney (8 Nov 1632).

Bond for further assurance by Maurice Tuke to John Wakering (8 Jul 1633).

Release. Between: i) Mary Tuke, widow of Brian Tuke; ii) Maurice Tuke, son of the late Brian Tuke, and John Wakering of Kelvedon. (27 Mar 1637).
