Lot 2. Three cottages with gardens etc and a small piece of ground adjoining. In the occupation of James Waller, James Careless, James Leeton and Henry Brown.
Lot 3. Genteel residence a short distance from the turnpike road, with gardens, outbuildings etc with a close of freehold pasture adjoining. Formerly the residence of the later Reverend Reynold Hogg and late of Mrs Ann Hogg his widow.
Lot 4. Pasture land containing 2a 2r. In the occupation of Thomas Standly.
Lot 5. Messuage or tenement with the brewhouse, stables etc. In the occupation of Thomas Standley.
