Covenant. Between: i) Thomas Lacey of Fenstanton, grocer, and Elizabeth his wife; Thomas Amber of Hemingford Abbots, , yeoman, and Mary his wife; Robert Porter of Hemingford Grey, yeoman, and Jane[?] his wife, one of the daughters of Richard Kirke, deceased; ii) Charles Trimnell of Abbots Ripton, clerk. Closes in Hemingford Grey [? too fragile to read in places] (16 May 1679).

Release. Between: i) Richard Annett of Beaconsfield [Bucks], woodman, one of the heirs of Doctor Richard Minshull, late Master of Sidney College, Cambridge, deceased, and Jane his wife; ii) Thomas Needler, Citizen and joiner of London. Farm in Grafham (30 Jan 1687).

Case in Chancery. Proposed evidence in support of the plaintiff's bill in John Upchurch v. Elizabeth Cook. (c.1800).
[Case involving the plaintiff's brother, William Household Upchurch, presumed dead. Gives an account of W. H. Upchurch's absconsion from an apprenticeship alongside Thomas Kennedy and Leonard Hall, Kennedy's prosecution for theft in London, Upchurch's enrolment in navy and a secret conveyance to Stocker of his property in Hemingford Abbots].
