Assignment of mortgage in trust to attend inheritance. Names of parties mostly unreadable but signed by: Francis Bellamy, Ralph March of Haddenham, John Peacock of Ramsey, John Marriott of Chatteris, James Eaton of Benwick, Matthew Eaton of Ramsey, Robert Branton of Ramsey, Thomas Goodman of Huntingdon, Thomas Curtis the younger of Holywell. Francis Overall also mentioned. 3a 3r of fen ground and another piece of ground in Muchwood, Ramsey. Very faded (20 Apr 1715).

Deed to declare the use of a fine. Between: i) John Bonnett of Kings Lynn [Norfolk] and Rachel his wife, sister and heir of John Goodman; ii) Eliab Breton of Forty Hall [Middlesex]. Two lots of land containing 2a 2r in Ransey, nr. Bodsey Farm (10 Apr 1756).

Statement that Rachel Bonnett is the only sister and heir named in the will of John Goodman of Spalding [Lincs], deceased, who was the brother and heir of Mary Goodman otherwise Housden, deceased (c. 1756).
