Several references to O'Brien, the new agent at Tandragee, and to arrangements for the Light Horse Volunteers at Kimbolton (mentions Rafaell, Rooper, Flood). Meetings with the Earl of Sandwich, W. M. Baillee, C. W. Eddy, Duke of Cambridge, W. H. Dixon, Reverend J. Liddle.
