Title	Statement by B. C. Williams respecting £2000 owed to James Phipps of Brampton
Description	Referring to a previous bond of 1773 between Phipps, the late Sir Robert Bernard and Goslings bank, which was signed over to Colonel Robert Bernard Sparrow in 1803. Noting that Phipps estates are on the island of St Kitts and St Christophers in the West Indies and are now in the possession of Colonel Phipps, Mr. Wildman and Sir James Blake.
