Sir St. Vincent Cotton of Madingley, baronet, eldest son and heir at law of Sir Charles Cotton, deceased, who was surviving trustee, to Rev. Alexander Cotton, Rector of Girton, Francis Charles James Pemberton of Trumpington, Esq. Rev. William Smith of Dry Drayton, William Hurrell of Newton, Esq., Francis Westley, William Youngman, John Wayman, Frederick Crick, all Girton, farmers, Devereux Denton, Thomas Maile, and Jeremiah Kent, all of Madingley, farmers, upon trust, as to the first three pieces of land, to pay the rents each year to the churchwardens of Girton etc. (as in P77/25/2). Provision for the conveyance to new trustees. Power to make leases of the lands. Consideration: 5s and 5s.
