Order that Peter Flynn, whose mother Margaret died in the House of Correction, be passed to her former home. Recognizance entered into by Stephen Simperingham, yeoman, Sarah Impson and Anne Prime, to give evidence at the Assizes against David Whitfield for the theft of two sacks from Stephen Simperingham or pay £20-£10 and £10 respectively.
