TitleOath taken and subscribed by Lancelot Browne, Sheriff, previous to the election of Sir Sampson Gideon, Baronet to represent the County in Parliament in place of the late Marquis of Granby, brought in and filed. Indictment preferred by Salisbury Dunn against John Smith late of the Parish of Isleham for felony and petty larceny, found guilty and committed to the House of Correction until tomorrow and then be publicly whipped with twenty lashes.
